FAQ and Important Information:

Little Panda Threads began as a way for me to sell items that I created that were overflowing into my workspace and then became a way to create beautiful custom pieces for you. I love making items for others and seeing them enjoyed!

 

Please don’t ask me for fabric or pattern resource information or screenshot photos or save them and send it to somebody else to ask them to recreate it. I love and appreciate all my members, please respect me by being a decent human being ;)

  • How do I score some of your items?

    • There are 3 different ways to go about ordering :)

      • Retail stockings

      • Custom orders

      • Preorders

  • What is a Retail stocking??? Is it like Christmas? (Kinda!)

    • Every few months I create a bunch of items as I have time and list them in the shop. I don’t have a rhyme or reason as to what will be included in the stocking. I go by what I feel like creating at the time. Busy Mom life sometimes keeps me from doing as much as I want so sometimes retail is small or pushed out a month. My family is my priority.

      • I will announce dates in advance in the VIP Group​ and will try to include updates and the calendar on the home page as well.

  • How do I order custom items?

    •  

      CUSTOMS ARE CLOSED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE

      Customs are limited. I open slots in my VIP Group​ first and will open them on the website as I have extra time.

      • These items are 100% customizable. ​

        • ​I try to open slots every 3-4 weeks, but sometimes things happen and I can't!​​

      • Custom items are for in stock fabrics (unless we need to special order something for you that's fine too). 

      • Options may be chosen from the custom options tab above.

      • Fabrics are NOT guaranteed. If somebody orders before you and you want the same fabric I have to honor the first order. This is why pre orders can be helpful.

  • How do pre orders work?

    • Occasionally I will hold preorders under the pre order section of the website or VIP group explusives​.

    • When pre orders are open you are able to order any 100% customizable items you'd like from the fabrics available in that pre order. 

      • Pre orders guarantee that I will have enough fabric for your item/s.​​​

        • There is a $15 non refundable deposit per item and they are for orders above $25. ​

    • The one down fall with pre orders are they are not in stock fabrics. These fabric rounds are run by my resources and usually have a closing date. When they close it can take anywhere from 8-15 weeks to arrive to them, be cut and then shipped to me. Then it can take me up to 2 weeks to sew items depending on how many folks order that can sometimes be 3-4 weeks.

      • When fabric ships from the supplier to me we will finalize the details of your items and final payment will be due. Your deposit is subtracted from the final amount due.

  • What are Bamboo Stocks?

    • Bamboo stocks are a reward system for members of the VIP group. I came up with it to help bring discounts and fun rewards your way. The list of bamboo stocks and giveaway rewards can be found Here. This link also explains the various reward tiers. 

      • There are a few ways to earn bamboo stocks:​​

        • Game nights in the VIP Group! Game nights are held as myself and my admin, Michelle have time. We always announce in advance.

        • Ordering items is an automatic 2 bamboo stocks

        • If you invite friends to the VIP Group and they let me know when they make their first order that you invited them. You will each get 2 bamboo stocks.

  • Do you accept “send your own” fabric?

    • I do! I offer a 20% discount on products for sending your own fabric. I do ask that SYOF is sent via priority with tracking to protect us both in case mail gets lost. Tracking is a must. ​

  • Do you ship to other countries?

    • If you are willing to pay the shipping for an item to come to you then I will absolutely ship it to you :) I will only ship in a way that offers tracking and insurance to protect both buyer and seller.​
